My car sat for two weeks in the towing place befor they picked it up.... Then they gave me an estimate on the wrong car.. My car still was at the tow place... And then they wanted me to turn in the rental and rent from you... But they failed to realize the car did not have collission and therefore they could not rent me a car ... Of course I had already turned in the rental... And now had to go back to rental company and rent car again...
