My forester had a tree smash through the rear lift gate which additionally filled my entire vehicle with shattered glass, along with body damage. My car needed extensive repairs. Have used Lester Glenn Subaru Collision on two occasions now. Staff is wonderful, repair cost came in under the estimate, they drove me home and picked me up when the repair was done. All together an excellent experience. Highly recommend.

Bill worked outside the box to develop an estimate for repairs(parts list for my 2026 Cherokee Limited were not yet posted), then negotiated the estimate with my Ins. Co. To get early approvals for the repair. As soon as the parts became available he arranged for the repairs the following week. My car was only tied up for 3 days so I avoided the hassle of a rental. Lastly my car was “detailed” before release. It looked like it just came out of the show room.
