Too expensive, took too long and poor communication.

Communication was poor. Much more expensive than quoted with no explanation. Car was not where it was supposed to be for pickup. Car was not detailed as it was supposed to be. Two full weeks to do easy repair was excessive and caused great hardship to owner. Work seems to be good but everything was poor.
