My Experience with Lester Glenn Collision was so amazing. Gary & the staff were so helpful throughout the process & repair. Its so amazing that everyone there was accommodating , helpful with all my questions. I was so impressed how everyone was accommodating. I was so impressed that I would be interested in a job there, even if part. The next time I'm in the need to purchase a new car I will purchase at Lester Glenn Subaru. They did a beautiful job on the body repair but they broke my proximity keyless entry (FOB). They have been non-chalant about fixing the issue. First they have to do a diagnostic followed by a repair. I was supposed to be called on Feb 16 for the diagnostic. They forgot to call me. So, I am going in on Feb 23 for the diagnostic and, hopefully, the repair. I am OFF on Mondays so my visit to the shop has to be on a Monday.
