The service dept. employees were very nice, the repair work looks great, but I was three week’s waiting without a rental. I do not blame Les Raines, the fault lies with AllState. I would choose my own local repair people if I had to do it over.

Work was good, took too long, detailing not so good, there was still glass in th car.

I used thru Allstate Ins. The staff was very nice, the repair was very good. They are a litte slow. Allstate is very difficult to work with. Would only reimburse rental for actual days auto was being worked on. I was stranded for more than three weeks without a vehicle. There was glass left from accident inside my car.

It took way too long, every excuse in the book was thrown at us. 14 days turned into 45. The car was dirty inside upon return, it could’ve been cleaned out of respect.
