Delay in completion of repair. Car was to be ready on Friday but because one of the employees didn’t work on Friday we were inconvenienced by not having car on weekend

They made it right, for the most part, but I don’t like that it wasn’t completely correctly the first time and that the insurance was billed for the corrective work that wasn’t completed correctly the first time. Lester Raines should have fixed it the mess ups without billing the insurance for the fix.

When I was first advised the car was ready, it wasn’t. There were paint runs and the lower rear light was loose. I had to come back in a couple of days. When I picked up my car I have noticed some sort of coating on the infotainment screen that won’t come off along with random fingerprints in the vehicle that won’t come off either. I couldn’t see them in the bright sun at pickup.
