1. I don't know anyone in that region. 2. I was provided five different repair completion dates, which was frustration, when having to plan a 1,200-mile road trip to pick up the vehicle. 3. This was the company that State Farm recommended. The repairs were excellent; it just took twice as long as initially targeted.
