I was very happy with the crew at Levanders Body Shop. They were so helpful and explained every detail to me. They made this whole process stress free, which is very rare in todays world. As a woman with little mechanical experience I felt safe in their hands. I felt like the manager did a fantastic job assessing my damage and explained things in a way that made sense to me. I've been to a few shops in town and Levanders is my new place. ALSO the job was done in record speed. I was quoted dates as late as December 17th from other place. having my car back so soon really helped me get back to my normal life again. I have to add that I work at the Waste Water Treatment Plant so my vehicle can get very dusty. When I picked up my Kona it was spotless.

Small dimple on new hood. Some adhesive of some sort left behind on truck seats in a couple spots. Hand prints and smudge marks left on rear window. When unrolling tonneau cover there was shredded material maybe from something that was sawed. Mostly Poor cleanup.

The quality of work seems to be great, just got my car back and everything looks great, haven’t noticed anything wrong with it. Was not necessarily impressed with the customer service in terms of communication and time frame to fix. Was initially told 3 weeks to fix and my car was gone for 10 weeks, costing me a good chunk of money out of pocket for a vehicle to drive. Asked if there was anything that could be done for me on my bill for all the extra time and expenses out of my pocket and got nothing. Like I said, car looks great, just wasn’t overly impressed with the rest of my experience
