I had molding reattached to my truck. I gave 9 out of 10 because it was placed 2 inches further back than it should’ve been. It still looks ok but the installer didn’t pay enough attention to placement

I’m not a review person but the customer service wasn’t great and I feel like I need to comment. I have a clear bra on the pickup and said multiple times I wanted it put back. When I picked up the pickup I was informed the bra on the hood was clear coated over but the shop didn’t do stick on bras so the fender wasn’t done. Manager told me the hood bra had already had a clear coat over it so they had no choice but to do it again. This is blatantly false as I bought the pickup new and know what shop work had been done. The hood bra was put on after the last body work. At any rate I have a fender with no bra and a hood bra that has been clear coated over. The worst was the manager treated me like I had no clue what I was talking about. Look it’s not the end of the world but a bad look for the manager and company. I’ll just take it somewhere else and get a bra put on the fender There was no apology or any trying to make it right, it was the feeling of take your pickup and get out of here. I get a text everyday about the pickup work but couldn’t get a single call about should we clear coat over this bra.
