The plastic over mirror bracket was not replaced. Mud flaps behind front tires were not reinstalled and the bolts were not left with them. Things in tool box was not put back just thrown in and tire chain that weren’t in there was thrown on top of everything. Special window covers to keep sun out on side windows are missing. Bolt for rear seat are not even close to being tight.

Rear seat bolts not tight, stuff in tool box threw back in it and semi tire chains thew in tool box on top of stuff in tool box and wasn’t in tool box to start with, wiring for hood not put in standoff clamps, and the visors for side windows are missing. If they had to take box off it wasn’t cleaned out and also why would fifth wheel have to be removed if box wasn’t removed

So everyone should be excited about getting your car a week early however I was out of town until the 20th which they knew so when I got the phone call saying my car was done I was frustrated because I had to miss a day of work to get back to NP to pick my car up because my insurance company wasn’t going to pay for my rental anymore since they thought it was Levander’s issue that all the notes had stated they would be done the 17th not to mention that the day before they called me to tell me it was done I had received a text message saying my car was on schedule to be picked up the 17th. So I was not prepared to pick it up early which I thought the office and I had communicated my situation very well, but I guess I was wrong. My paint job and repair look fabulous like always, but if I was charged for a detailing of my vehicle it was horrible.
