I worked with Patrick from day one and was treated as though I was the only customer! He made sure everything was convenient according to MY schedule, even arranging for a rental car from out of town to be delivered to his shop so that I wouldn’t have to go out of my way! I received text updates so that I knew the repairs were being done according to the predicted time frame. Excellent customer service!
