My car was returned with multiple scratches to liftgate and deep scratches to the rear passenger window that were not there when I left my car there. The brake light and blinker were left unconnected upon return which caused issues, which tells me there was not a thorough inspection once the job was finished to ensure everything was correct. Very unhappy about the scratches that my vehicle acquired.

I came to pick up my car and didn't make it out of the parking lot without it having mechanical issues. It is stuck in 4th gear, doesn't shift, sits and revs at 3.5rpm, and is absolutely not drivable. Please fix it asap.
