Took my car in to be fixed in October and they had it a week called me to say they didn’t get the right part in and to come get my car till they get the part they then scheduled for November had it 2 weeks went to pick it up he gave me a price quote for $9700 and something I said oh dang forgot my check at home came back the next day he says you owe the $9700 and something I said okay then it looks like you’ll owe me some money back. He then looks at me funny and says nooo and I’m like well yes you said this is the amount and the check that my insurance company gave me is this amount you will owe me $580 some dollars. He then says ohh im not charging you the right amount you owe this amount plus the $250 deductible, which by then im upset cause I feel like he’s being shady cause I swear if I’d walked in and gave him the amount that he was asking for the first two times (9700 something) he wouldn’t have said a word, it would have been paid for and done.
