Deena was most helpful. Communication could have been better. Absolutely shocked that a Aventura body shop quoted $3,900 for the repair. I insisted on Lexus doing the work never thinking it would cost my insurance company so much more

From the first moment I walk into the collision center I been treated as value customer and been taking care of me and update me with the process from A-Z.
