I had to pay the difference between what you charged after reducing the estimate as low as you said you could and what the insurance company was willing to pay after I challenged it twice. The work appears to be sound, but I won’t use Body Works again since it isn’t approved by State Farm.

Again, to repeat myself for a high and shop like this, I expected high-quality work, and when I got my car back, I was fairly disappointed with the quality of the work that was put into my vehicle

The main reason I chose the shop was because I wanted high quality work and that is not something this shop delivered to me as a customer. There were lots of mistakes that I seen and keep in mind I am not someone who works with cars on a daily basis so it is upsetting that someone who doesn’t work with cars could find so many issues.

The body work done on my car looks great. There was only a small plastic cover missing inside the car by the windshield. Anthony is aware and ordered the replacement cover.
