The body work done on my car looks great. There was only a small plastic cover missing inside the car by the windshield. Anthony is aware and ordered the replacement cover.

Your team did a very good job, but your robot that transfers calls doesn't work, so I was not happy with trying to get through. very frustrating!!!

They did great body work. However the lack of communication on our repair makes me reluctant to recommend/return again. It was too stressful and time consuming to always call for an update, leave a message, get no response, call again, maybe repeat again.

Poor communication. Car sat for 2 weeks as they couldn’t get State Farm to accept paperwork. We called to check on status and learned of process stop. We had to facilitate Lexus and StateFarm to resolve submission.
