I had an excellent experience with this auto body shop. From start to finish, the owner was incredibly flexible with my schedule highly communicative and always willing to answer any questions I had along the way. The level of transparency and responsiveness made what could have been a stressful situation feel smooth and manageable. I had a great experience here. The owner was incredibly flexible with my schedule, communicative throughout the process, and always willing to answer my questions. He made what could have been a more stressful situation feel easier and manageable. He was kind and welcoming to both my husband and me which we really appreciated the repair work looks fantastic! They even detailed my car before returning it - it looked brand new inside the level of care and professionalism truly exceeded my expectations! I wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend them to others!

The constant communication & follow up was second to none. Not only with repair updates, but also with securing a rental vehicle. The quality of repair was impeccable, and it was a nice surprise to have the exterior & interior of the vehicle cleaned thoroughly. You took the job in quickly, had a rental ready for me at drop off even though I hadn't scheduled one. Work quality was fine and car was returned to me fully detailed which I appreciated. Only problem was very short notice to pick up & return rental as call was put in to my wife who was traveling at around 4-4:30pm rather than directly to me as asked and message said I needed to return car the following morning or I would be charged for the rental. It was too late in the day for me to rearrange my schedule for the following day but I was able to free up & get there so problem was averted just would have expected more notice maybe a call a cpl days before saying almost finished vs get here now or you'll be charged. Otherwise, everyone was great and would definitely recommend then
