I would consider recommending this garage but would recommend someone with more patience speak directly to the customer. He stated he gets excited but that is not how the information was received on my end.

After several telephone calls with raised voices, he resolved my concerns. Doesn't have to be this way!

I would describe it as turbulent at the end with a couple of breakdowns in communication but the owner tried hard to accommodate. He would offer one option, said he wanted me to be happy, I would then make a suggestion but in the end, he did what he wanted. For example, driving my car to Norwood Honda instead of Majestic Honda to have the car's computer reset after disconnecting the battery, which Majestic is actually closer to his place of business. I didn't care for the business putting extra miles than necessary on my car. He did fill up the gas tank which I was happy to see.

I was disappointed that they didn’t replace the mud flap, they just cut the top of it to reach the damaged area.

The workmanship and customer service was top notch! I had people ask me if I had BOUGHT A NEW CAR!!! I was contacted every day regarding the progress of the job, which wa very reassuring.. Everything was explained to me including the itemization of the bill. GREAT PLACE TO DO BUSINESS!!
