Liberty Auto Body did a great job. Put my vehicle back together, kept me informed for the whole process, and got my vehicle back to me fast. If I ever need accident repairs again I hope they are available.

Outstanding service and attention. Rental car was coordinated for me, all I had to do was bring the car in. Repairs were super and they cleaned my car so we'll inside and out o felt like my 9 year old car was brand new. Highly recommend.

I bumped a car in the parking lot at work prior to this accident, the person I hit got their car repaired. That particular auto body shop did a few extras much to my surprise and fixed a dent and scratches I did not cause. In hindsight I wish I brought my vehicle to that shop. My vehicle had a few pre existing scratches on the left front panel. It would have been nice if you could have done a once over on the car and buff out areas that would not have taken much of your time. But putting on a whole new tailgate and leaving a dust film on the inside of the window tells me there is not much attention to detail. We went to Liberty when the prior owners had the shop, they did a great job on my husband's truck. Unfortunately, I did not know the shop traded hands. I am also disappointed that I was given a car rental in such rough shape. Did no one look at it's condition? Spraying a bunch of caustic fragrance on the interior was not a bandaid for the hole in the carpet of the vehicle and it's overall condition. I understand you contract with Hertz but I was one of your customers at the time given that rental car. I do have to say I was offered to swap it out but it was an offer made with attitude. I certainly hope my safety concerns regarding that rental were brought to the attention of Hertz.
