The people in the office weren't very friendly. They would only speak if I spoke first. I had to initiate the conversations. Also, I had to call them to check on the status of my car while it was being repaired. They lacked customer service! I go to Jake Sweeney Mazda for my car's maintenance and the whole staff is friendly!!!
