Brian at Liberty Ford delivered the best customer service I have had, as someone very unfamiliar with the processes of collision repair he was extremely kind and transparent with what was happening with my car, the pricing and the overall experience went very smooth. My car is so pretty now and they even washed it !!

Very professional and nice fellows there to deal with. Like how they have the Enterprise rental thing set up for you when you get there and that you can drop the rental back there when you pick up your vehicle.

My promise date was 1/31/25, but i did not receive it back until 2/6/25. Once I got the car back the headlight that was working no longer worked properly. I reached out to the gentlemen i was working with, he asked me to bring the car back in for them to look at it, I asked him how long this would take due to the fact I was without a car a week longer than expected.
