However, we brought the car into Brunswick Ford for new tires on DECEMBER 5, 2025 and it was damaged at the dealership. We did not get our car back until JANUARY 12, 2026.

Car looks good. No complaints there. I feel like they hold your car hostage for the exact 30 days that your insurance will pay for a rental. Every call I made, it was always waiting for parts. Bob never answers his phone.
