They made the process very easy for us. I just with they would have advised the status after a couple weeks. Also, I wish they would have told me I could return my Enterprise rental car at their facility at the time of picking up my vehicle. I ended up returning it over the weekend, but I could have dropped it off on Friday when I picked up my car. But everyone was extremely patient, helpful, & informative. Very good group of people!! Very happy.
