Time management not a strong point. Cars are important to the clients.

The car was kept too long in the shop, it was idling at the shop for no purposeful reason. It was very clear from the beginning that the part would be available only on Wed the 19th. The job should have been done in much less time.

Everyone there were so nice and friendly. They explained everything that were going to be done to my car and the main thing that I like they texted me to keep me abreast of the progress of the repairs each day.
