I would not recommend family or friends after the experience I had with the unprofessional customer service from Body shop staff.

My vehicle had additional damage while at Lindsay Buick for a rodent eating wires on my vehicle. The staff continue to say there is no way of knowing when it happened except that the front sensors were working the morning I dropped my vehicle off for repairs and the next day I was notified of the additional damage. I am still without my vehicle due to it being repaired at another shop. Very disappointed in the unprofessional service from the manager Gerry Kerr of collision or body shop when I was first informed. I had to literally calm him down from being so disrespectful when my concern was valid that my vehicle had a now safety feature that no longer worked properly. They refused to accept liability and I had to open an additional insurance claim to try to get fixed very disappointed with the service from Lindsay Buick GMC.

Unprofessional in tone and delivery of communication of additional damage to my vehicle. Manager Gerry Kerr was very unprofessional in his tone and delivery with me. Any question I asked for clarity I felt attacked from how he was talking to me. He finally calmed down to find a resolution but first part of conversation was very unprofessional.

Arrived to find a scratch on my passenger side fender that was not previously there. I also needed to have the new bumper adjusted because it did not align with the body panel. The manager did have those two items corrected quickly and before I left which made me happy. Things happen. Overall, your body shop manager is excellent at his job, the finished product looks good and the repair turnaround time was prompt.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Took my car here to get the front bumper fixed, and they completely screwed it up. When I went back to get it fixed, I had the displeasure of dealing with Gerry, the body shop manager, who clearly doesn’t care about his job or his customers. From the start, he had an attitude, acting like I was the problem for wanting the work done correctly. When I tried to calmly work out a solution, Gerry flat-out refused to listen. Instead, he arrogantly said, “I’m not arguing,” like that was supposed to solve everything, then stormed off into the shop. The guy is delusional—he needs immediate psychiatric attention with the way he handled the situation. And to make things worse, his associate, who was supposed to assist, was completely clueless, just standing there like Gerry’s puppet, nodding along to everything he said without a thought of his own. The whole team is a disaster—no initiative, no accountability, just following orders like mindless drones. I asked for a rental since it was their mistake, but Gerry refused to help, so I had to pay for my own Uber to work. After all that, they “fixed” the issue—or so they said. When I got my car back, the bumper was STILL misaligned. I couldn’t believe it. Twice they failed to do the job right. This dealership is nothing but a joke—terrible service, complete incompetence, and a manager with zero professionalism who runs the place like a circus. Save yourself the headache. Don’t waste your time and money at this dump of a dealership. They don’t care about their customers, they don’t stand behind their work, and with people like Gerry and his clueless team running the place, you’ll only regret going there.
