First time we drove all the way out there to pick up my car because it was finally ready after a month the seatbelts were still broke! Had to leave it. Second time went to get it another week later and the door wasn't put back together. I was DONE at that point and just took it to the dealer I should have took it to begin with and they fixed it correctly on the spot.

The replacement recess hitch looks terrible. It sticks out farther then it did before and the.Outer edges do not match. I asked if it had been a test drive towing something and i was told no. what is even worse the zip ties my husband used to hold up the muffler after the accident were still there. No repair had been done on the muffler. Muffler still being held up with zip ties.
