Matt Hatfield was a fantastic contact. Always helpful & polite. The work done on the car was fantastic! Very glad we chose to stay within the "Geico" system. One small suggestion. Give the inside of the car a quick clean...it would conpliment the beautiful outside detaing.

if I had been impressed definitely but the work was not impressive. we have to come back tho if we want it fixed under warranty tho

scratch directly where they repaired, door made grinding noise two days after we picked it up, speaker in door that was fixed rattles to the point we had to turn it off, small hole in rear light that wasnt there when we dropped it off

they were very nice. but didn't give us any papers or information regarding the noise from the repaired door. also didn't inform us of anything for a week and a half
