I hated driving through the lot because the driveway needs to be repaved! I did not like driving in there. The service was great, but getting there was terrible. No new car place should have a driveway like that!

The thing that I didn't like was when I piced up my vehicle they handed me my key and sent me on my way. I felt they show have explain to me what they did I to the vehicle. I had to wait on someone to come and tell me after insisting that they tell me what was done to the vehicle.

Show not have to ask them to explain what was done to my car. I feel that when work is done to your vehicle when you pick it up you should've told what services were performed especially is it is auto accident related

Very happy with everything. I got a quick estimate. Brian dealt promptly with the insurance company handling the repairs. The repair time was as estimated. The work is very satisfactory. I never give ten, or one, ratings. I also thank the professionalism and courtesy of the staff at the body shop and also the cashier. You should be proud of your staff.
