Everyone at the shop was very friendly and helpful, but I was disappointed when after receiving my vehicle the repairs were not 100% taken care of. My car was being serviced for a Collison and there is still a dent, paint scratches, and also my hubcap is still broken. The driver side mirror that was replaced is not sage in the slightest. The mirror is impossible to see out of during the day, let alone at night, and the mirror seems loose and shakes when you drive. Also, when the vehicle reaches 65+ the steering wheel vibrates very hard which was something that didn't even happen after my accident had happened while waiting for my appointment. I also had change stolen. There was also random trash (an oily steel wool rag,and something that I thought was a pen but appears to be an e-ciggeret) left in my car. I have an appointment for re-service tomorrow so hopefully we can smooth things out.

It took 4 weeks for my car to get finish. Every time I called and asked when they would be done they would tell me "oh it will be ready next week or by the end of the week" they kept saying they were waiting on the insurance, but when I called the insurance they said they approved everything.

I had to have my car towed back after I got home. Not sure what happened while it was there but it was not safe to drive back. It was cutting out and "slamming" me while driving. I called at 330 to let them know something was wrong. It was towed to them at 430. It is 815 and I have not heard a word about the car. I turned in my rental car when I picked up my and I now currently do not have a car or a rental.
