Excellent service the best I've had in years.My vehicle looks ten times better than what it did before. I didn't expect my vehicle to be clean so that was nice touch definitely showed that tender love and care was put into the repairs.

backup warning sensor was not repaired initially although it was on the initial work.

was notified it was completed, arrived, and additional service work (oil, tires, and recall) was not completed. Notified it was done, got in car, the backup sensor alert was not fixed. left car for weekend. notified it was fixed and clerk could not release my car because the bill was not marked as played by insurance. Receptionist very unfriendly and irritated.

My overall experience was good. The only descepancy was the door not being fixed when I came to pick the car up the first time (after I was contacted about the car being ready). The paint job was exceptional. Other than that I am highly satisfied.

My passenger side step is now broken and bends down when you step on it after you "repaired" it and needs to go back in the shop and I better be paid for time off
