There was and still is buffing compound on the inside if my car window, you can still see writing from where they marked on the truck and did not wash the truck properly

The repairs seem okay, but they left a mess of my truck and items in my trunk. And there is an item missing from my car that they can't seem to find and have not offered to replace.

My car was repaired in one day. I loved that because anyone would like their own car to drive. I really don't like rentals. The repair looks really good. The people we're pleasant.

I think highly of Mark Rosen and will buy a pickup from him in the near future, what needs to change is the awarness of the customer and not to place excessive charges on a good customer.

I purchased the Enclave only six weeks prior as a certified vehicle before the problem arose. Whan I was told by the service representative that I would have to pay $200 for the repair that was not covered by the warrenty with no deductible I was angry. The representative said the service was not covered and I could call the sales representative to see what he could do. Mark Rosen is an outstandig individual who I contacted, headvised he would check and felt as I did the pproblem should have been detected and corrected as it was a certified vehicle with a 170 plus point inspection. Mark had the cost waived.
