JB and Steve got my car taken care of despite some part availability obstacles that were out of their control. It was a great experience and you can't even notice there was ever damage to the car. They did an absolute great job and really pleased. Thank you!

Communication was lacking in the process and i had to keep calling in for updates. I also just discovered that my drivers side tweeter is completely missing from my door. The tweeter was there when I dropped it off and now it’s gone. This needs to be remedied.

Communication was lacking with updates about the car repair process. I had to use my time to bring the car back because while they were doing the body work they knocked out my tweeter from the door panel. The tweeter was in place when I originally brought it in, but now they are saying the accident knocked the tweeter out of the door panel and not their workmanship.

When having my tires rotated they should have already been balanced.. I should not have had to come back and pay!! but after the job was done it was done correct & I'm pleased with that

Waiting on parts like one month! It’s ridiculous!And you can tell the difference between the paint of the bumper and other original paint!

I was told it would be 2-3 days to fix my car. However, it took two full weeks I got no call from the department regarding the reason for the delay. Prior to the start date of the repair, It was also difficult to contact the manager of the department. I was told he wasn’t there and he never called back.
