It ended with Mr. Hess. Why did my car have to stay there Two weeks before it was touched and told they could.not find the part and once my son stepped in on my behalf they found the part before the day was over. Truthfully had I known the part was in Akron Ohio I would have driven there to get it. We are not talking about a part for a front end collision but a minor collision.

They had my truck for around 8 weeks. They never gave me updates. I had to call once a week to get an update on the progress. They knew I didn't have a vehicle to get back and forth to work and didn't try and accommodate me in any way. Now i have had my truck for a few days and the steering isn't right, plus there is a bad grinding in the front end. This is the worst experience a person could have.

I was calm through this whole ordeal. Even asked for some type of transportation because I maxed my rental out. I was told they would try and let me know. Still no call.

Customer service doesn't update anyone via email, text, or call. My truck should have been fixed the first time. So many other things to say, not worth the time. Nothing will happen anyway.
