Would recommend, but would note to not expect perfection with regard to repair. As mentioned, advisors were excellent.

Average repair for an insurance job. Bumper not aligned as new, panel gap a bit off between taillight and liftgate, some dirt in clear coat, aftermarket bumper, paint not blended into passenger quarter, some clear coat overspray on driver rear jamb and driver side doors.

Customer service received from Kent and Juan was excellent. Would have preferred a bit more communication regarding additional cosmetic repairs for separate cash payment (front bumper, minor repairs here and there). Overall satisfied.

I had the best experience I’ve ever had in a situation such as this. Juan and the other man in services were over and above excellent. I can’t say enough praise for both of them. They provided the kind of customer service that is almost extinct these days. I was amazed at the 1st class service they provided. Their kindness was unmatched by any business I can remember. Please give these two wonderful people the recognition they deserve. Thank you all so very kindly. The fact that I reached an actual human being when I called was so wonderful and not to mention a beautiful friendly voice. Your entire operation is so rare these days. Excellent collision repair shop.

Prior to going to Linus collision I would always worry about how the car would come be repaired. At Linus, I never worry because the collision repair is always perfect. And I mean perfect! Only repair shop that I never had even the slightest issue with. Car is perfect every time.
