We're very happy with them keeping in contact with us. As they went thru the process of removing and repainting the drivers side of our Kia, which someone in the early hours of a Sunday morning. We found our car keyed with a tag scratched deep into our little car. With their graffiti. And we are so happy that not even a week later you can't even tell that it was damaged by the vandalism. We are so pleased with Lithia Body and Paint professionalism. And quality and communication. We will recommend them to anyone. That needs to have something remedied and not be able to tell that a horrible thing had even happened. Thank you so much for being there for us.

Brad, Rick, and the rest of the team did a wonderful job on my Honda accord. Looks like nothing ever happened. Only bad part was insurance but I won’t be blaming them for that. All insurance is like that in one way or another. I highly recommend going to this shop if you want high quality repairs and trust worthy body mechanics and painters to make your car look brand new! Your aware of some things, & having to bring back truck because of missing assembly along with other things like debris inside of vehicle,only adds to lack there of on behalf of Lithia Body &Paint. No quality assurance & loosing more time because of this & time is money lost.....

The people are great, they give you a minute by minute info on your vehicle as they do the repairs and there very supportive of your thoughts and feelings!
