One of the replaced panels does not sit flush with panel next to it and there's a gap in the wheel well liner - I reached out about having it revisited but haven't heard back yet

I absolutely appreciate Johnny! He has been extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to work with! He called and kept me updated on every step of where my car was throughout the entire process! I appreciate his willingness to even take my car in for repairs! Everywhere I called they either were not accepting more cars or they weren’t months and months out before they could even see my car for an estimate! Johnny not only took my car in, but exceeded the time frame he gave me! That was also with delays due to shortages. I cannot thank Johnny enough for all his help and support, and honestly when I asked hard questions. He really made me feel like I was in good hands. He told me at one point, if he would not put his own family back in the car he would tell me the truth. I had multiple concerns with the damage and the amount of damage to my car! We need more honest workers like Johnny! I’m brill refer all my friends and family to Lithia let alone to Johnny! Thank you Johnny!! I appreciate you so much!

Chris knocked it out of the park and took care of my truck when my insurance company dropped the ball.... the man deserves a 2 week Hawaii vacation paid in full by Ford.... seriously. My truck was done before I even had a chance to grab a coffee.... the man (Chris) is a LEGEND!!!!

Chris that handled getting my truck repaired, totally knocked it out of the park. Got my truck in and out before I even had a chance to get a coffee.... I'm not kidding....I was going to go to the main dealership building and walk around for a bit and look at the new Mustang... when Chris drove my truck out front and told me it was done. It looks better than new if that's possible. This is exactly why I wanted Lithia of Boise to repair my truck, I knew they would treat my truck like I how I would treat my grandma's car.
