Repair was done to satisfaction. The length of time (10) calendar days Was excessive. Also, upon return he, I found 1/4-1/2 inch Of water into trunk. I know there was no water there In the week previous as I used the inflator to pump up a tire.

I can safely say that as a t stands I can?t refer anyone to this dealer because of the treatment I received. The jaguar side still has potential to save me though

A good sign of a quality repair is done right the first time, done on time, and great communication..... your shop and Mike the manager managed to obtain none of these.

I can?t say enough for the poor service offered by my original service person and manager mike. There were plenty of opportunities make it right and mike stepped on them and made it more difficult which is still on going

The body shop did a great job on the repairs but after i got my truck back it was odd that one of my wiper blades were bent and someone had driven my truck 5 miles. Not sure why it would of had left the shop.
