I received a text message Wednesday morning (3/1) that the repairs on my car were completed. That text stated I would receive a call to arrange pickup of my vehicle. I never received that call. Instead, I had to call Elder Ford to check on the "pickup" status. This resulted in an extra car rental day, which had not been allowed for by my insurance carrier. Thankfully my carrier (AAA) picked up the extra day once I related to them what had transpired.
