The trunk of the car was wet ..I have never seen signs of water before..I assume that water was forced in somehow during the washing of the car..trunk not closed properly and put through the car wash...have thick rubber floor mat in the trunk and the water was on it...I will keep checking after the next rain and look for water again

The Crew at Elder Ford were all excellent. The Reps, the repair crew and front desk could not have been more helpful. Our Escape looks and drives the way it did when we first purchased it. We were leary in the beginning of driving a vehicle with such extensive damage. Our fears were calmed after driving it for a few weeks. The latest repair is another example of how happy we are with the Elder Crew. We came back to have our hood repaired after flying debris hit it.

My tail light is cracked and my light of my trunk is hanging. Also the bumper tips seems to be filed down. I called and send picture and have gotten no reply on this.
