I had a terrible experience, will never get work done here again. My car was at your shop for over a month for a minor rear bumper accident. They kept telling me my car would be the following day multiple times, this lasted for weeks. I had to keep calling to get status updates everytime, they reached maybe once or twice throughout the entire month. The reason they took so long was because of my exhaust tips being back ordered, but then come out and tell me the car is driveable without them. So why did it take a month of me waiting and paying for a rental? I finally picked up the car on Tuesday when he told me Friday the car would be ready Monday but the battery died and the car still needed to be cleaned up. When I drove off with my car the stop/ start function wasn’t working snd I got an error message. Had a terrible experience and they knew it immediately when I went to pick up the vehicle.

I waited as long as I could to write this review, hoping I could say something positive. They never put the 5.0 badge back on my mustang. I picked it up over a month ago and called several times only to be tiled they would call me back but they never do. The most recent being yesterday and was told he’d call me back in a few minutes. I’ve felt with the collision center several times over the years and this by far is the worst experience. Not sure what happened the crew that worked there before but they were great and very good at communicating. Once I get the badge, if ever, this will certainly be the last time I take my car here. The work done on my car was good but the communication sucks.
