I would have rated the repair higher, however I was somewhat disappointed about how much dust was inside my car at pick up. Appears somebody wiped the dashboard area but did not do a thorough interior clean. Overall, the exterior repairs met my expectations as did the turnaround time.

My car looked brand new, just like when I drove her off the lot😁!! Mike Hammer is the one who handle my claim and treated me like family😊. He went above and beyond for me fighting back and forth with insurance company for them to pay for what was still damaged. The exterior of the SUV looks fantastic. But the major fuel leak that was undetected is a major disappointment.

The quality of the repair was not good. The front bumper still has chips and dents all over it. They didn’t even inspect the damage before repainting the bumper. It was like they said it’s ok no one will notice it. This is really unacceptable. When I told my adviser he said that I could bring it back and leave the car there for a day and they can touch it up. The need to redo the entire bumper and not just touch it up.
