It took quite a bit longer than the estimated time to fix, and when I went to pick it up after many phone calls saying it was ready, the directional lens was still not correctly installed. I tried to be understanding and patient as I understand business now it’s not what it used to be as far as having parts etc. But my estimate was for 7 to 14 days and I picked it up 28 days later. Everyone was very nice, but that seems a lot to me..
