Hood was not aligned properly. Went back to see if they could adjust it. And after over 10 adjustments, it was better than it was but not how it's supposed to be.

One item to address- I did receive an email stating I would get updates but did not get any unless I called the Auto Body shop or my insurance company. Other than that, very pleasant people to work with and a job well done!
