NOT satisfied with the fact that no one wore masks and gave attitude when asked about it. Given that we are seniors and one of us immune deficient, that's a gross dereliction of responsibility. One person claimed that being outside was reason enough for no mask and that's absurd given how close he tried to get to us

Totally impressed with Frank and the team at Lobalbo. My car was vandalized throughout and I was beyond overwhelmed. Frank reassured me that my car would look like new and kept his word. He updated me on the car every week when I called and made the pick up/ drop off process so easy and worry free for me. In addition, he made sure to have all of the broken glass inside my car completely removed and my interior detailed to perfection. I would highly recommend this company for any auto body needs. Reason why I gave an 8 is because I did have trouble trying to call, there was no message and seem like no wait for the call, so had to try calling back often which was harder since work schedule vs. Being on hold. When I did get ahold of someone, they understood my needs and were able to accommodate me and well. Then there was luckily a guy who was just about to go home, but saw me struggle and helped me out with the key drop off. That was behind the nicest thing. I did get calls about updates and it was very helpful because they told me to where I would understand the language of the car.
