I was told that my car would be ready on a certain day and on that day I had no contact from Lobalbo hat it wouldn’t be ready. I would call them mid to late afternoon and inquire only to find out it wouldn’t be ready until the next day. This went on for 6 days. Each day being told they needed one more day with no explanation until specifically asked.

A few hiccups out of your control but fortunately things worked out with the parts, car rental and hopefully the minor stuff that I saw on the door today. You took care of a few nicks here and there that were not part of the accident and I appreciate that you did it.
