When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, the trunk was not cleaned. Then my weathertec mat was cleaned but underneath, the carpet was not. How can they take off the mat, clean the mat and not notice or if they did, was just too lazy to vacuum the carpet?

Only issue was a part being back ordered … not much the local shop could have done other than (maybe) communicating earlier about the issue. Otherwise a great experience — would definitely recommend them!
