I'm so happy that I brought my car to Loid's. Jerome was incredibly helpful and easy to work with. He was able to advocate for me to ensure that progressive insurance covered the rest of the repair. The new hatch on my Volvo v60 looks perfect. The only complaint I had is that the emblem looked a bit wonky where some of the letters were out of alignment I returned to Loid's and Jerome was really apologetic and is ordering a new emblem for me. I really appreciate the customer service and work that they do here so I will be returning for any future collision work.

The quality of service at loids is incredible. The only reason I have to give a 9 out of 10 is because of the communication. I had to constantly call leaving multiple voicemails to get status updates on my vehicle.
