The work was amazing. The communication was not and the girls that answer the phone were often rude and acted like I was inconveniencing them. I only called 3 times as most of my updates came from my insurance company. Jerome was always good with answering questions

Communication was lacking. I would have liked to have received more frequent updates. I also authorized a new bumper to be ordered when I dropped off my car, and I found out a week and a half later that it hadn't been ordered yet. The entire repair took over 3 weeks, which cost me over $700 out of pocket in rental car costs.
