I always have felt as if I received good service from Loid’s but this first time at the new location was nothing short of amazing. 1. Shannon was very helpful in facilitating my pick up by the car rental company when I dropped off my car. 2. Nyk was superlative: a. Coordinating service and even picking me up on the holiday weekend and delivering me over to Loid’s to get my completed car. 3. Your employees have indeed restored my Camry to glory complete with a detailed cleaning to the inside of my vehicle and requested paint touch up on the outside.
