I cannot give you guys enough credit! I'm from Detroit and worked in the Auto industry for a while and I'm quite aware of the procedures and processes. This was exemplary. I would personally like to think Wade Morris for resolving the matter quickly. And coming up with the proper solution. I bought three cars there and send at least two people to buy from you guys. I certainly will continue to do so also, The Body Shop estimator Stephen Cantor was above and beyond the Call of Duty. Constantly kept me updated on the situation, finished the car in 9 days and is genuinely a very good body shop estimator

I have used Lokey for past repairs and the work was excellent. Additionally, I wanted a Mercedes certified repair shop. This repair was more complicated, and required Lokey to work closely with my insurance company where there were multiple issues with ordering parts. Lokey made sure all parts ordered were the best possible for my CLS Mercedes.

In Florida a ten is impossible. Lokey did an excellent job negotiating the complex job of dealing with my insurance company. I will continue to use Lokey for any future repairs (knock on wood).

Absolutely amazed at the work done on my car from the collision center. They went above and beyond to help make our vehicle look brand new. They took the time to give us multiple options on paying out of pocket vs using our insurance company or trading in our car. I definitely appreciate the time they invested in detailing the car after all repairs were completed. Hoping I dont have another accident, but if I do, I know I am in good hands with Lokey collision center.
